On the Radio - Introducing a New Youth Program

Stump Evans, Director of The Harbour Youth Center Stump, is excited to share news of a newly funded grant program from SAMHSA that will expand the age of youth center members from 12 - 25 and provide prevention, harm reduction, and recovery services. SAMHSA is the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, a federal agency within the Department of Health & Human Services.
