Child abuse is a dark topic, but one we have to discuss as children suffering from neglect and abuse need advocates.  Tiffany Hazel, FCCP Community Liaison/ Intake Coordinator for the Northern RI Family Care Community Partnership Program and Mark Cote, Director of Child Welfare programs at Community Care Alliance talk about what we can do in our own community to lift children out of a plight of despair.
