Accessing Non-Emergency Services

Walk Ins Are Welcome!

Your Intake Assessment will be done in order of arrival. When you arrive, we will inform you of the expected wait time.

Available: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Individuals with Medicare, BC/BS or Tri-Care should call the intake line, 235-7121, to schedule an appointment in advance.


Location: 245 Main Street, Woonsocket
Available: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – Noon
There are times when special circumstances, parental permission, or additional information is required before your child can be seen.

Please Bring With You

Remember to bring your insurance card and a picture ID. We will help you apply for financial assistance to pay for your services if you are eligible. In order to complete the application, one document of each of the following are required: 

  • Identification
  • Proof of Rhode Island Residency
  • Proof of Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency (five years)
  • Proof of Income
  • Proof of Insurance Coverage
