We provide visits in Burrillville, Cumberland, Foster, Glocester, Johnston, Lincoln, North Providence, North Smithfield, Scituate, Smithfield and WoonsocketAnyone may offer to arrange a home visit for a family.

What we do:

Engage families

Conduct home visits

We meet with families in their homes to talk about their needs, answer questions, and conduct comprehensive assessments. If needed, arrangements for interpretation services during home visits can be arranged.

Link Families with Services

Based on the needs of the family, we provide  health education and connections with appropriate healthcare services, human services and community resources. We also conduct child wellness screenings and communicate the results with the child's healthcare provider.

The nurse who visited me was very encouraging, helped with concerns I had and overall provided me with very useful info about, not only breastfeeding, but also about parenting as a new mom.”
