Intensive Home-Based Services
We strive to keep children in their homes. These services are for children who are at risk for psychiatric hospitalization or placement outside the home due to emotional and behavioral concerns.
Clinical Services & Case Management
Intensive programs provide families with home and community-based behavioral health and case management services. Families work with a primary clinician and a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans, as well as aftercare follow-up plans. Children between the ages of 0 and 21 (depending on circumstances) are eligible.
Psychiatry
If clinically indicated, children and adolescents may receive a psychiatric/medication evaluation, and subsequent monitoring. Services include coordination with primary care physicians when there are co-occurring medical conditions and consultation and education regarding medications.
