Tides Family Services offers Mobile Response and Stabilization Services(MRSS) for children and adolescents in RI who need immediate crisis or mental health intervention. This program is a 24-crisis line that will come and meet in home, offering immediate assistance with a tag-team of two (Behavioral Assistant & Clinician) and will refer you to the needed resources or next steps to stabilize your child and or family.
