Each person we serve has unique challenges, and we are proud of their successes. One of the best ways to impart the significance of caring for one another is to share our inspiring stories.

Ambulatory Detox is an outpatient program with intensive, daily health monitoring. Clients, whether in Community Care Alliance outpatient or inpatient programs, are followed with approaches and methods that allow them to create healthy new habits, expand their skills, and implement these practices into their daily lives. We Are Ready

On a recent Saturday night, the Mobile Crisis Team was called out for someone being discharged from the hospital who needed emergency assessment due to their fragile mental health status. That night, the Mobile Crisis Team coordinated with the Emergency Services Team to connect this individual with a prescriber for an emergency medication appointment, which stabilized this individual enough to be able to proceed with intake into services.

Rita and VITA

Our Chief Financial Officer, Rita Gandhi, has a lot on her shoulders managing the financial integrity of an organization that spans 20 sites and over 40 programs. With my office next door to hers, I see the traffic of people who stop in to review their budgets, go over estimates, define their program needs, request her signature, and ask for her opinion. It’s a constant revolving door. But, Rita is a true “people person” and that is the root of her dedication to this grueling position. You see ...
Lisa Roberts, MA, QMHP, LCDP, is an asset to the Woonsocket Police Department, and they to Community Care Alliance. Every Wednesday, across two shifts, she rides in a cruiser and assists with people who are having a mental health issue or trauma-related experience.
