Lauren had a rough childhood with a father who abused drugs and alcohol. He eventually became homeless. She and her mom and sister spent a lot of nights sleeping in the car in a train station parking lot to escape the violence in the household. Many events of that time are too disturbing to even put into words.
The Ambulatory Detox Program
Ambulatory Detox is an outpatient program with intensive, daily health monitoring. Clients, whether in Community Care Alliance outpatient or inpatient programs, are followed with approaches and methods that allow them to create healthy new habits, expand their skills, and implement these practices into their daily lives. We Are Ready
On a recent Saturday night, the Mobile Crisis Team was called out for someone being discharged from the hospital who needed emergency assessment due to their fragile mental health status. That night, the Mobile Crisis Team coordinated with the Emergency Services Team to connect this individual with a prescriber for an emergency medication appointment, which stabilized this individual enough to be able to proceed with intake into services.

How Cruising with Police Officers Works for Everyone
