The purpose of the Community Needs Assessment is to learn about the strengths and needs of the community. Your input will help to improve services in Northern RI.
Community Care Alliance, in partnership with The University of Rhode Island is inviting ALL community members to participate in this brief online survey. The purpose of the CNA is to meaningfully engage individuals in our community and get their perspective about where help is needed, what are the most pressing challenges in the region, and what barriers stand in the way of accessing services. This is an opportunity to inform and make positive change related to Community Care Alliance services, engagement and accessibility.
