As a designated Regional Access Point, Community Care Alliance is ready to help with your housing needs. Our Housing Stabilization team is trained to provide Housing Problem Solving, a strategy to help people who are at imminent risk of becoming homeless to find a resolution to stay housed or find housing. If a solution is not possible, we support people to connect with emergency shelter as beds become available.
