We help you stay in your home…
or find a place to stay.

Everyone needs a home. You may already have a home but need assistance to stay there. You may be struggling to find housing.

We offer a full range of services to help people with housing needs and offer assistance with completing forms, setting up appointments, discussions with landlords and applying for services. We are here for you and have connections to many resources that can help.

These services are paid for by Medicaid.

The Home Stabilization Team helps with:

  • Subsidized Housing Applications
  • Housing Authority Applications

A’Sali Greene is our RISEN Program Case Manager and provides additional supports to ensure long-term housing stability. RISEN is a State-funded program for people facing challenges due to mental health and substance use.
